Our camping site is open, and since the Danish borders are also open as of end-June 2020, a visit at Solbakken Camping is once again possible. You will still need a booking conformation of a total of six nights in Denmark (not necessarily in one place), and we will be more than happy to issue one and send it to you.
All our facilities are open, also our kiosk, which still provides freshly baked bread and pastries in the morning upon request.
Our sanitary buildings as well as our tourist kitchens are also open, and we disinfect all surfaces (door handles, light switches, soap dispenser, etc.) three times per day. Furthermore, hand disinfectant dispensers are available in kitchens and sanitary buildings, as well as at the kiosk.
Face masks are generally not obligatory while in Denmark, but we practise social distancing.
Welcome at Solbakken Camping - we look forward to seeing you!
At Solbakken Camping you will find many of the facilities, features and options that you will find at other campsites around Denmark, but in addition to this you are also free to enjoy life and nature in the nude.
Solbakken is a three star naturist campsite of approximately seven hectares, where you have great opportunities to enjoy your weekends and vacations as a naturist. The site is situated on the eastern side of the Isefjord in the Hornsherred region, less than half an hour´s drive to the towns of Roskilde and Holbæk, and only an hour’s drive to the city of Copenhagen.
Naturist Foreningen Sjælland (the Naturist Association of Zealand) was founded in 1961 with the purpose of working for the ideas behind the naturist lifestyle. In other words, a lifestyle where people of both sexes and of all ages are free to be nude together, when weather conditions and the surrounding environment make it natural, and with the intent of increased self-respect, respect for others as well as the environment.
A natural consequence of this is that the association owns and operates a naturist camp site - “Solbakken”
